Visit Santa at Sandon Christmas Fair

Santa will be visiting Sandon Hall's Christmas Fair on the 30th of November and 1st of December this year from 10am till 4pm!
Seeing Santa is suitable for all ages and is the perfect way to find out if you are on the 'Naughty or Nice' list this Christmas.

Santa can see up to three children (with individually purchased tickets) in a ten minute slot. Please ensure that you arrive to your allocated time slot five minutes before your stated appointments to ensure that Santa can see everyone on time.

Pre-book your tickets now to avoid missing out on telling Santa what your really want for Christmas!
Please ensure that all attendees that are not seeing Santa have purchased a ticket to the Christmas Fair. If you have bought a Santa's Grotto Ticket, you do not need to purchase a Childs Admission Ticket.

Start the festive season off at Sandon Hall!

If you are looking for the perfect way to start off the festive season, join us on the 30th of November and the 1st of December for Sandon Hall's annual Christmas Fair.

The decorated hall will provide the perfect Christmas setting with carol singers and live entertainment throughout both days adding to the seasonal atmosphere.
Wander through the house to browse for unique ideas for Christmas presents, with stallholders showcasing everything from delicate silver jewellery, to children's toys and handmade gifts.

Don't forget, Santa will also be at Sandon throughout the weekend. Pre-book your tickets in order to avoid disappointment above. If you have bought a Santa's Grotto Ticket, you do not need to purchase a Childs Admission Ticket.

There will be plenty of choice when it comes to food and drink when you’ve worked up an appetite – and a thirst.
Cosy up in our Conservatory, where we will be serving tea and delightful homemade cake whilst the busy Christmas shoppers pass you by. If you fancy something a little stronger, join us outside in our food court for mulled wine, stone-baked pizzas, fresh Yorkshire Pudding Wraps and other treats to try.

It’s worth bringing your winter warmers along too as the hall’s 50 acres of formal garden will be open to explore, while there will be family-friendly crafts and a Christmas trail on offer to entertain the little ones.

Our talented florist- Flowers by Breige is hosting her fabulous wreath making class at Sandon Hall.

Learn how to make your very own beautiful Christmas wreath this season!

Flower Power Plant Fair April 2020

Flower Power Plant Fair is welcomed to Sandon Hall once again!

Flower Power Plant Fair is coming to Sandon Hall on the 5th of April 2020.

The Tennis Lawns will be full of fabulous stalls selling rare and unusual plants with the seller bursting full of knowledge of how to properly care for your new purchases. It is a fabulous opportunity to 'Buy British" as 90% of the plants being brought along was homegrown in the UK.

You will also have the opportunity to meander around the 50 acres of wonderful gardens and explore dedicated conservation areas, rose gardens and areas of formal planting.

Admission is £4 and please pay on the door.

*Unfortunately we do not allow dogs.

National Garden Scheme Open Gardens May 2020

Explore the beautiful gardens at Sandon Hall with the National Open Garden Scheme!

Sandon Hall is honoured to be a part of 2020's National Garden Scheme lineup and will be opening the beautiful private gardens of the Harrowby's for all to enjoy on the 31st of May.

The National Garden Scheme gives visitors unique access to over 3,500 exceptional private gardens in England and Wales, and raises impressive amounts of money for charities through admissions.
In 2019, the Garden Scheme made an annual donation of £3 million in 2019 with over 12 charities benefiting from the kind horticultural enthusiasts nationwide.

Wander around the beautiful gardens and take in the transformation of the grounds from years gone by. Try and find our wildflower and conservation areas of the gardens and ask plenty of questions to our knowledgable gardening team.

Keep an eye out for rhododendron and azalea's being in flower along with the magnolias that will fill the air with a delightful floral fragrance.

Please buy your ticket on the door! All proceeds will be donate to the National Garden Scheme.
