The Christmas Supper
Anya, the founder of the supperhood, will share a supper with you that is full of her family heritage and tradition. Her father was a patissier from Austria, he worked in kitchens across Europe, including with the Roux brothers in the 70’s. Snitchel and potato salad is a meal that her father would cook every Christmas Eve at home; it marked Christmas, the sounds, the aromas, the door open for all to join.
So come enjoy a seed to plate cooked on fire supper that echoes the spirit of Christmas.
Gather around as the team from the supperhood prepares a seasonal seed-to-plate feast cooked over open flames, celebrating winter’s finest yet humble ingredients
Locally sourced, served family style with conversation cards to ignite and forge connections, and paired with curated local and natural wines.
This exclusive evening is limited to just twelve guests, ensuring a truly personal and memorable dining experience surrounded by the beauty of Sandon Hall in its festive finery.
Each guest will be asked to bring a gift, something either homemade or second-hand hand or a family affirmation, saying or tradition that can be shared.
Solo diners are very welcome at the supperhood, we connect through conversation cards and the supper is served family style, think passing of plates, pulling of crackers, sharing affirmations and dare I say it, Christmas jokes. A table where there is always room for one more, Anya from the supperhood and Melissa from Sandon Hall will not only welcome you but also join you to dine.
